Hello, I took out one of my awning windows to put in an ac unit, and a tiny piece of hardware slid out of the side. Whatever the piece is, it keeps the arms of the window attached to the bottom. I'm not sure what the exact piece is called. I need the securing piece for the extension arm of the window. It is the small metal piece the secures the arms together and latches under that pin.

I have a customer that has a Marvin awning window and needs a new crank out for it. They're missing the snap clips to hold the arms on the window. Window was installed in 1990. It is a center drive, it has two arms on it. I don't need the crank but would like everything elso.
