I have a customer that has a Marvin awning window and needs a new crank out for it. They're missing the snap clips to hold the arms on the window. The arms pop off after you crank the window open and try to crank it shut. The window is from 1997 and the hardware says Truth Entry Guard with a numb ... (cont.)

I have a 6' x 2' awning window in master bedroom, and the operator nut that holds down screw to move window in band out stripped out when I attempted to tighten it. Do you have replacement parts available to repair my window.

Hi, im looking to redo my grandmas awning windows. The are all rusted out. I can provide more pics as well if needed. I was looking at possibly ordering product #39-140 or #39-143 they look close to what I need.

The crank has broken on one of our casement? windows and we do not know what parts to order. The running track is 27" long and the arms open to 25". The handle crank screws only so far on the broken window so that we can fully open it but can not close it. It does say Truth on the arm. ... (cont.)
