39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator

Hi, im looking to redo my grandmas awning windows. The are all rusted out. I can provide more pics as well if needed. I was looking at possibly ordering product #39-140 or #39-143 they look close to what I need.

The crank has broken on one of our casement? windows and we do not know what parts to order. The running track is 27" long and the arms open to 25". The handle crank screws only so far on the broken window so that we can fully open it but can not close it. It does say Truth on the arm. ... (cont.)

Stripped housing thread. How long to get a replacement? Do I need an arm length? If so, where do I take the measurements?

Hello looking to find 2 replacement cranks for k and k windows any help is appreciated

This is on a home that needs an expert's opinion on whether this hardware can be salvaged or if the windows need to be replaced.

1. the first upstairs bedroom crank won't work to move window in or out. Gears stripped. Need order number as none on arm. 2. The upstairs bath pictures (1 and 2) the arm pin will not lock into the operator and the handle gears are stripped. Need the order number as none on arm.
