I have a truth awning window crank that is broken. Which area on the part do I measure to get the correct replacement? If I measure it with the window closed the full length is around 22 1/2 inches long. With the window open the track that the arms run on is about 26 1/2 long. Thank you for any help ... (cont.)

I'm looking for a Truth awning window mechanism that measures 24" wide when closed. It has a number 40012 on it. Please advise replacement part. See photos.

The part that the crank handle attaches to, (looks like a bolt, or screw) is coming out and you can turn it to open the window but when you try to close, it pops right out of the mechanism.

I have an old window with no marking as to manufacturer. Inside crank hole is stripped. Window will not open or close with crank. Hello, I took out one of my awning windows to put in an ac unit, and a tiny piece of hardware slid out of the side. Whatever the piece is, it keeps the arms of the window attached to the bottom. I'm not sure what the exact piece is called. I need the securing piece for the extension arm of the window. It is the small metal piece the secures the arms together and latches under that pin.
