39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator

I am looking for an exact replacement if possible but have not been able to find anyone who has this exact part. I'm hoping you have something that works!

I have a Sentry electric window opener attached to a Truth awning hardware #45301. The worm screw gear is thrashed. It looks like the 39-348 with a measurement of 24" matches my existing hardware. I have the shoe studs and the brackets. Your hardware description mentions a guide bar attachment which ... (cont.)

We have 5 of these windows we cannot identify. The locking/ opening hardware (handle and all parts of it) needs to be replaced. Can you help with identifying what we need? Graham

The extension arms show the marking Truth 40011 and 40012. The handle and I assume a "worm" gear is missing.

Truth part. Awning arm, 11", Track 25 7/8" without tabs, 26 7/8" with screw tabs. Current pivots at end of arms removable. Need long track. Other photo is of the window sash seal that imbeds into bottom sash that abuts the sill. Please advise on replacement parts. Thank you.

It is an anderson awning kitchen window the crank doesn't work and operator is bent. The awning window is 32x19 .
