Trying to repair broken crank mechanism. Handle turns, but brass bushing appears to be stripped and does not provide resistance to open/close window. The internal mechanism is stripped, so the window will not open or close when you turn the crank. The crank says "Weather Shield" on it. The crank is located at the bottom of the window in the center. It has two arms that extend the base of the window outward using the single crank. ... (cont.)

Crank arm works for both these windows. The handle bolt does not appear to be stripped. Not sure what the exposed component is called and where I need to replace it or push/tap it in. Just not sure how to properly do this on 23 year-old Truth windows. I can't seem to find a video or instructions tha ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement for this awning operator.

My window is inscribed with - 1 Window 10-69. There is nothing else on the glass or the hardware. I need to replace an opening handle like the one pictured above. The arms that open the window are 12" long. It is an awning style window, and the visible glass measures 3

The crank is 5 " long and screws directly down to the base frame of the window.

The house was built in 1994 with wooden Weathershield windows. The number on the metal inside window is: WS IGCC (R) CBA The window screen measures about 30"w x 29.5" h The crank housing (?) is about 5" wide. It looks like the handle mechanism is stripped. Need a replacement for my Truth 45142 crank. Measures 24" hole to hole. Any help would be appreciated.

The retaining bushings are coming loose and I cannot tighten them. Do you have a tool for this?

I'd like to replace the crank mechanism unde the handle in which the gears are stripped. Not sure if I need just the crank mechanism or the arms connected to the crank. Have a look at my operator. It looks similar to yours except my measurements appear to be a little less than yours. Will this still work?

My operator has a # on the back. It is 45002.The hardware is made by Truth.....
