15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam

hello, I have several broken balances. The 1/4" fiberglass rod is breaking through the plastic cap at the top of the balance. The windows are JD weld. They can not supply the replacements.

I have a set of windows that will not open because the shoes are broken. I don't know which part I need, however. Attached is a photo. I measured 1.5" on the outside of the channel, and I'm assuming I need 1.25". I saw a couple options and am unsure what I need.Thanks!!-Lane

Connects into the counter weight system. Trying to replace. Previously bought parts from you but they are not fitting in correctly. Won't lock into place so I'm thinking I have the wrong part.

Hello I just bought two new Sash Carrier Assemblys from your site (Item # 15-272) because the old ones broke, see pics. But there is no way to get the metal pin from the old balance through the hole in the new assembly because the new assembly is solid plastic. Is there any way to do this? Do I need ... (cont.)

Needing to replace the pivot shoe for this balance bar. Bar length is 32". Single tilt window.

I believe the windows are Milgard. Channel is 26" long without attachments. Top of balancer has hook on it. See attached pics. Need to know what parts I need from you guys to fix this kid. Thank you!

Need to match tilt window locks in pictures and match the balancer style and shoe at the bottom of the balancer.

Two plastic parts are broken. Each of these two parts is connected to either end of the spring. It says " 32 5" "BSIN RR" on the channel. One plastic part is marked "4610108". the T shaped 1/2 inch gray part I believe is called a balance shoe. The white slider button releases the window to tilt for cleaning. There is one on the right and one on the left. I would need some of each. My Millard windows were installed in 2008.

I have a window labeled 52-2905-WHT 15329614 7 2. The long spring-loaded metal piece including the plastic piece that was attached needs to be replaced on both sides. I have someone that will install for me if I can get the parts.
