Hello , I am looking for 2 pivot shoes like the one in the picture. I have not dealt with this particular style. The balancers are not coiled and more of a flat enclosed bar. 1" wide x 1 7/8" tall roughly (I think part of it is broken off). 3/16" cam for the pivot bar to lock in to. Any help would ... (cont.)

Greetings! I am a former contractor, now engineeer who can fix just about anything, as long as I have the correct parts! Hopefully you guys can help with that... Plastic tip on these channel balances are broken. Can they ne repaired or do they have to be replaced?

I have single hung pella windows, several have broken balance boot/shoes. See picture of broken boot and opposite side of one attached. Our Pella window broke recently. From the research we have done, it looks like the part we would need from you is the 1" t-lock balance shoe, closed, part 15-194. Is this correct? Thanks!

I believe that the S795-30 is the correct channel balance that I need. The only difference that I see it the top. I have a hook on mine. The only marking that I see on the bar is a 30B. Is there a different channel that I need? I do not know the manufacture of the window. Thanks Steve ... (cont.)

Hello, I have been unable to locate this sash pin. It is similar to one on your site but not close enough. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. The numbers 25099 are imprinted on it. 2-5/8" long, 5/16" wide Thank you.

My hardware looks exactly like your series 795, except my hardware has a hook at the top instead of a circular hole. The length measures 27 inches and the width is 9/16 inch. The window was removed and the piece that slides up and down in the track is missing. The pictures shows the part in place and the side that it is missing. The window fits into this assembly.

I am trying to find these window balances for 4 windows in my home. The springs have rusted and are now beginning to break off. Home was built in 2011.
