Hope all is well. I wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct window balancers before ? purchase. Here are the photos below. It's 27inch in length from top frame to bottom frame. Stamp number is 26-5. Also I'm curious if the new balances come with the string and a block see pic below ... (cont.)

These are the springs which work well. I am trying to identify what they lock into on the bottom pane. The window balance?Looks like a plastic piece the spring latches onto..couldn't get close to get a picture. I could remove the window if neededPaul

I saw your response to the individual about the hook clip on the end of the S795-27C series channel balance. It comes with the top screw clip and the 15-195 T-Lock balance. You told the individual to buy the 15-198 clip. I have two questions. Why cant I just order it with the correct clip (15-198) a ... (cont.)

These parts are damaged or missing. It is a Pella window. One pin is missing that fits into the slider that holds the window up. The 2nd image is the pin on the other side. The 1st image is where the pin should be. The 3rd image is the slot where the pin fits into. Notice that the slot is damaged. ... (cont.)

I know it is a t-lock channel balance shoe? but is it open cam or closed? Is it B or no. My balances are 27b and 33b. Thes are in Plygem single hung 1100 tilt windows. Thanks

Double hung vinyl Window from Builders Firstsource in 2006. Need replacement balance and pivot shoe. Also my vinyl stop at top is only 1.5 inches. may need bigger piece to hide cutout if i have to cut out vinyl to remove shoe.

I gave a tilt window that uses the 15-195 or 15-195B. I'm not sure which one to order. What is the functional difference between an open or closed cam? Thank you.

Can you help ID this weatherstripping for the same window? The metal portion is 16" long and is roughly 1/2 by 1/2 an inch, slightly over. The stamp says 16C BSI. Open or closed cam, I am not sure but here is a pic and i think i should replace the entire unit as on of the cams has a broken pie ... (cont.)

Hi, I need to replace a few channel balances on my windows. Looking thru your site I think they are the 36" Series 795 but I would like some confirmation. The balance on the window are 36" long, measured as the photo on the 795. Thank you, Robert

We have Pella double hung vinyl windows. The spring loaded mechanisms pictured are intact and operational. I need 4 locking rotational shoes as pictured.

Trying to find the balance that will work for a sash weight of 39.9 lbs and a glass height of 35 1/4". The S795-36 has the correct dimensions as far as channel width/depth but the weight doesn't match. I don't have any pics due to the window not having balances to remove
