hi, We have a single hung vinyl window with tilt and need to replace channel. The channel when measured is 27 inches long. Balance is 16 inches long by 9/16 by 9/16 string and hook come out at end of balance not able to take picture of it installed window is in a camp out of state in MaineI will be needing 2 of them

Bottom window won't stay up. I've attached pictures of the existing channel balances and shoes. I do not see the exact channel on your website. Channel is BSI-TT 16C, 9/16"W, with a hook on one end.

I need help ordering the correct parts. Window manf. is unknown. Length of channel is 27 inches. 27B is stamped on the channel, as is smaller letter PR, followed by larger letters BSI.

How do I identify the balances that I need? My windows are double hung silver line purchased around 2009. They are 35 and three-quarter by 66 inch. here are some of the pictures I have taken. I believe it's probably a 29 inch because that's what it measures but it is stamped 28.

How do I remove t lock from channel?

Our window is currently sold by plygem, but was installed in 2008. Need new balances. Metal cover is stamped 32.5 and measures 33 inches. It is flat, 9/16" wide. The sash weighs 28 lbs.
