I need 10 each The pivot locks . I also need the tilt lock mechanisms for 10 windows if they are right and left ones I need 10 each I also need to know how the balancers are connected to the pivot locks of the window and the name of the window if you can furnish that I am a regular customer of yours ... Hi hope you can help me with this as you've done so many times in the past. This balance is 26" long. Serial number on it says 26D. The hook up top of the balance clicks into the jamb on the very top and this pivot shoe somehow is connected to the bottom of the balance. Pivot shoe is approximately 2 ... (cont.)

Need parts for door channel. Black piece broke off of the spring assembly.

What series would I purchase to replace these block and tackle? The sash were stuck and my customer broke the vinyl around the pivot pin trying to lift them. I'll deal with that later.

Spring balance for both sides of a window. 20c is on the piece. It is 20 inches long. These pictures are the piece in the window and out of the window. There is 2 pics for top and bottom. If this does not help, would we be able to mail the piece to you so you can match it up.

All these are breaking in my windows I'll need 26 but not sure which ones these are . Suspect maybe part number 15-195 or 15-236 or 15-229 I just don't know what's different so I need help before I order please . Thank you in advance Brenda

Good Morning, I would like to order (6) of the S795-34 channel balances stamped with a 34C with a 15-198 top hook attached. Please let me know if you need any other information.

The sash measures 27 inches not counting the plastic end pieces. On the sash the number is 27B BSI TP and the plastic piece is: 1810108

My tilting window bottom sash is getting stuck and would not rise above a foot from the bottom. The balance on the left was jamming and the culprit seems to be the plastic device which houses the metal shoe in the last picture.
