I have original windows in our home built in 2008 that appear to be Millgard, however all the Millgard balances I find online look different than these and don't seem to have a pivot shoe. Need two balances for a Ply Gem 1500 series single hung tilt window. Balance has a clip at top, not a screw, and is stamped 32A. Would this match your Series 795 balance with a 15-198 hook attached? Did not see that type listed. Need two of them.

I have about 5 of the plastic T things broken and need to replace them. The balances look ok but the house is 11 years old and wonder if I need to get balances also. They are 33 inches long without the t-bar in. What do you recommend?

I am sending pictures of my current channel balance. Looks like I need a 32" series 795 channel balance with clip attachment 15-198 instead of screw clip using a closed cam shoe and it is marked with 32C on channel. Need 4 of these

The piece is broken. It seems to be T-shaped, 1" wide, close-cam -- see photos. The part number is 4610108. I see that you have suggested your part 15-195, but that is 1-1/4". You also have 1" part # 15-194, but the spring hook seems to be different: in my case it is angled down (see the pictures) ... (cont.)

I thought I had ordered the right parts, but the T-lock Balance Shoes I received have a "thicker" profile that the black one that I took off of the balance channel from the current window. Looking to order (2) S795-26 with a 26B stamp and 15-198 hook.

Balances are 23" long, app. between 1/2" and 5/8" wide they are stamped "22 3BSI"The latches are 2-3/8" long (not including the "tongue") and 5/8" wide. I need one pair of latches and one pair of balances.
