I need to get replacement shoes for my windows. They are stamped with part number 6679000. The channel balance is stamped with 32-1 and has a length of 33"(84mm). Pictures of both are attached. I wanted to know if you carried any window balances with a clip. The measurement is 32". The ones on the website should a screw-in option but won't work with the hole I have in the window.Thank you for your time. Natasha

I am trying to replace the spring balance and pivot block shoe for 3 single hung tilt-in windows. They are Atrium brand windows (or so I am told -- I cannot find a label). Hello I need to replace 8 of these in a home I bought. Could you help me match them up. They are 34 inches long in a non tilt window.

I need the end of the counter balance, the tilt latch and not sure where the other pieces came from. Thanks

I have a balance spring that is almost a Series 795 34D but where yours has a tab with a hole mine has a "V" clip that attaches to a hole in the frame. See photo. Do you supply with a "V" clip?

this shoe is broken. I cant find the shoe on your site. Do I have to replace the whole balance or just the shoe?

The part that is broken on the bottom reads PAT#4810108 (or could be #4610108), the metal balance says 28C BSI TH and the channel appears to be about 15/15 wide. The balances themselves appear to be working, not sure if I need to replace them as well or if I can replace only the shoes. ... (cont.)

Hello! I'm looking to replace some busted window balances. The stamp in the photo reads "26 7 BSI RG" as far as I can tell. Going to try to fix this myself. Pivot lock shoes are broken or separated from the channels. 4 windows both sides. Not sure of size of pivot lock. 1 1/4 inch? Channel has 32c BSI or BS1 stamped on it. Not sure if that helps. What should I order?
