15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam

I have several windows where the block and tackle has separated from the shoe it appears that the plastic shoe has broken at the top. Can the shoe be replaced or is it part of a block and tackle replacement kit?

Hi there, I am pretty sure that I read another posting where this balancer would be a custom make. It's stamped with a 27B channel, and has some perhaps unique ends. Numbers on spring cover is 28C BSI TH and on the busted clips D467490 The plastic clips that connect to the metal spring broke off due to East to West sun exposure. Do I need a whole new kit or can I just replace the busted plastic part.

Need to replace this part and all required parts to fix. Thanks

I am looking to order (2) of the 26" series 795 channel balance with a 15-198 balance clip installed my numbers on my original part is 26c BSI.

Need your help replacing about 50 clips for Milgard windows, I have a photo I can send, the clip goes at the top of the line attached to a spring, they're tilt out windows, probably about 20 yrs old part is attached by a cord to a spring fitting on either sidenof the window. It's for tilt windows, I see markings of 26-5, TB and BSIN. These balancers have 3 solid sides with a spring on the open side. Cord screws in on top and these go inside the channel....I am unsure of the ends of balancer, I see a plastic piece that is in the window channel and sent you a picture. T ... (cont.)

My channel balances are 1/2 inch wide and 26 inches long. There's a clip on one end but nothing on the spring end of the one I have off. The smooth side has 27B BSI stamped on it. It has a pat # but I can't read it. We sold a couple of manufacturers with these 1 being VinylKraft windows and the other one Atrium windows.

I have a window with two issues. First being unable to close all the way which after removing window from frame realized that weather stripping was getting caught up on that ledge attached to frame as seen in picture although do not know exactly why. This seems to resemble your series 795 balance, but I do not have a hook that is at the top of the balance as shown in the picture on your website. I'm also not sure which balance shoe I should get with it. From the photo it looks like it is a c 36-in.
