Hello,I just installed 6 balancers from the above order of 8 balancers today.The channel balancers themselves fit properly, the top clips fit correctly into the holes of the window channels and the spring weights appear to be correct. I am reasonably certain that my windows are Silverline brand. Both the Finger latch and the Balance Shoe are from the right hand side of the window when looking at the window from the inside.

Hello,Can you please help me find the right parts? I measured the width of these shoes to be 1.25" and the depth of the rail the shoe does in is 17/32". The window tilt latch measure 2 3/8" overall.Thanks,Jamie

The 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock balance shoes with closed cam that I ordered for my Series 795 32B channel balances will not fit. It appears to be because the end of the channel balance has a concave taper at the bottom end, as shown in the attached picture. Is there any other balance shoe that fits this c ... (cont.)

Ive posted several photos of my sash balance that I need to replace. It appears the plastic tip or the terminal housing broke off the balance. The balance is 28" long and has no markings. On one side of my window the string broke on the balancer. i pulled it from the tilt window and it shows number BSI 34c stamped on the metal.

The top double hung window has a plastic piece that fits into the bottom of the half inch"glide track." This plastic piece secures the round metal cup into which the window pin fits. The markings on the window are HPC. I need both the plastic piece and the cup.

Hello, is it possible to order your series 795 window balance with the the 15-198 hook installed instead of the screw in clip? I'm in need of two in size 27D. . At this time I only need two balances to fix one large window. 27D is stamped on the existing balance and they have the 15-195 closed cam ... (cont.)

Need 6 of these. It appears the parts you have attach with a screw rather tan a hook like shown in the picture.

Having problems raising my windows. I assume I need to replace my Tlocks. The patent number is 4610108. The spiral bracket balance is 27D. Do I order 15-195 or 15-195Bs? Is there a difference and can you give me installation instructions.
