Hello, I need this balance in 27" I'm pretty sure it's the series 795 but instead of the flat part on the top I need one with a hook and the T bar on the bottom.

I believe the windows are Alenco. I need to order two replacement parts. I am trying to identify a part number if someone could help? Thank you!

Do you have the pivot lock shoes like the picture in stock? How much if you do?

Need these balance cam shoes

I have a broken channel balance and tilt pin on a M&W 800 Series double hung window. I think the channel balance is the 36" Series 795 (36C), but I have not been able to identify the tilt pin on your web site. I am including pictures, please let me know if you have this part. Looking to get some parts for several windows in my house. Not sure what type shoes these are and the bar or tension rod. It is 34inches. The one picture shows a metal piece that broke off in the shoe that needs to be replaced. Could you help

I was wondering if anyone might recognize this window regulator. I have searched for the numbers listed on the window sticker but have not had any luck in figuring out the type of regulator I need to order. Thanks in advance.

I need to replace 2 balances for an American Craftsman window (once part of Andersen, now Ply-Gem) The original American Craftsman series was 1400, which number is no longer valid and I cannot get web access to anything under the name of Ply-Gem. Looking for help to replace this window balance. Have not had any luck identifying it or locating parts.

The multiple windows in my home have the same problem. They will not stay open when raised from the bottom or will drop as soon as the lock is released.The issue seems to be that the balance is broken.These are MW windows installed when the house was new. I'm looking at the series 795 chart. Is that the correct chart? Sash weighs essentially exactly 30 lbs. That is a dividing line on the 795 chart. I'm assuming that I move up in weight? Channel itself measures 27" in length. Stamp on channel does not seem to match anything on the 795 chart.Looks l ... (cont.)
