Does your 28" Series 795 Channel Balance, Product Code: S795-28, come with a 1" wide balance shoe or a 1 1/4"? My current is approximately 1" wide and 13/32" (3/8") deep. What is the depth of the shoe?
You measurements give the length and width of the balance channel, but they do not give the width and depth of the shoe. Could you please tell me what they are? How to reattach balance to Patriot window?
We have Patriot single-hung tilt-in windows. The window has a balance on each side; each balance is attached via a thin cord to a screw up near the very top. Silverline window part needed

tilt in window part needed
It seems that the "j hook" on this part has broken off. It no longer allows the pin from the metal bar on a spring to stay in tact onto this piece. The pieces that I recently received on my order #538484 do not match the old "T" locks. Although very similar in overall size and shape there is a difference in body thickness that prevents the part from fitting correctly into the channel balance. The channel balance is marked with 28C and B51 The pivot end is marked with 4610106 The part matches your catalog item S795-28, option 28B except it has a hook on the end opposite the pivot. I need four complete channel balance assemblies like the one pictured.

Hi , Just receieved my shipment of 795 Channel Balances 36"" These are for Patriot 2862 windows tilt in model.Pivot shoes look almost identical but seem really tight in the window track when I replaced them.
