T lock balance shoe. I am replacing some t lock balance shoes. I bought replacements 15-195 on your website bit have no idea how to replace. Help

I have already posted about this one and thanks for the response. We were able to remove the broken shoe and now we need a new one just like it. The balance is still good. I need to replace this piece that broke. You can see the top of it where the plastic broke. What piece and part is this? It fits a residential house window that has windows that raise up and also fold to be easily cleaned.

I have a pair of plain balances with the number 26C on the channel. Following the guide on your page the series is S795. One of them have the T shoe showed on the pictures. I need two of these balance shoes for tilt window 24" Channel Balance

Attached pic shows my broken bar beside two samples. Sample 26-398 at bottom of pic hole placement would work but it flares at end end. The 26-360 is flat but the hole placement us wrong. Anything else that might match better? Thanks
