Ideally I'd like to just replace the shoe. I included a picture of the balance so I could also get info on that in the event in need to replace the whole thing.

Hello I thought I need s765 29-3 but I'm not sure. Can you help identify? Also need new boot but forgot to take picture. It was marked not plastic with metal "U" when window sat. I'll need many more but I'll start with 2 for the first window.

The inscription on the channel is 28C BSI. But not sure what kind of shoes would it need. I believe the shoe is broken in our case but the channel seems to be fine.

No markings visible. Cannot remove broken pivot lock shoes from track. I believe the piece it fits into is operational. Did I see there's a tool to remove the lock shoes? Thanks!

I measured the length of the channel balance to be 23 inches and the width to be 1/2 inch for the tilt style windows. I am thinking I need these 23" Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-23. Also for the balance shoe I was think I need 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed CamProduct Code: 15- ... (cont.)

It looks like this is a T-lock shoe. The number stamped on the metal channel balance is 28B BSI TN. I think the balances are fine, but both of these things have broken.
