I have attached a photo of the balances in my windows. One has broke and many have so much tension that they will pop out next time I try to open the window. Do you have the replacement balance available?

Hello In trying to unstick a stuck sliverline vinyl double pane double hung window I broke the adapter that holds the pins that is part of the side brackets (balances?) and the one of pins that go into the side balances. This is the part that snapped off the bottom of the window balance. This is for a silver line window. Is it possible to just replace the shoe and not the entire balance? I am also in need of the replacement tilt latches

This part is actually broken and fell out of the balance. House was built in 2008. I do not know the brand of the windows.

I have 2 windows that need replacement parts...T locks are all cracked apart, springs rusted, rivet pins bent, etc. Suppose I might as well replace both pairs so looking for 4 total.

I need window pivot shoes and tilt latches for silverline window from approximately 2007. Pivot shoe measures 1 1/2 wide x 1/2 inch deep x 1 3/4 length and Tilt latches measure 5/8 wide x 2 3/8 long. I attached photos of each. Thank you!
