Hello, we have some Jeld wen windows , series 9980/9980p, h-r20-48x77 / h-r25-44x60 The balancing springs are very noisy and likely need replaced. I need new channel valance and shoes for the top and bottom sashes both sides

I have 6 of these that have broken off the windows. The only marking is 27B on the back. They are all the same size with the same type of swivel connection that attaches it to the window. The length is 27 inches on each, not including any plastic. Can these be replaced? If so, the cost for each on ... (cont.)
