Plain channel balance for tilt window 27 inches with hook at top end. Fits part15-195 at base

House in Virginia, built in 2006, several balances broken on vinyl windows. Part # on balance looks like 28C Rd BS1. It is 28" long. Top & bottom sash are about 30" high x 32.5 wide. I have a block and tackle sash balance for a tilt window. The code on the existing balance is 28E BSIAO. The balance shoe looks like a SWISCO 15-194. Do you carry a replacement balance? The hook goes into a round hole. I'll need two, if they can be made with the 15-194 shoe

Please see the attached photos of the balance that I need to replace. I only need two at this point. And my balance attaches with a hook instead of a screw. But the hole is round. Does that mean I can't use the screw plug?
