This window has not worked since we bought the house. I decided to investigate today and as you can see in the photo it looks like someone installed one side too high. I have a broken window channel balancer from a Pella single hung window. From my research, it appears to be a Swisco 795 channel balancer. The channel length (channel only) is 26" long, and the lower pivot assembly is 1" wide. The top cord attachment is a hook rather than a screw attachment. Thi ... (cont.)

I have attached a photo of the balances in my windows. One has broke and many have so much tension that they will pop out next time I try to open the window. Do you have the replacement balance available?

I have a block and tackle sash balance for a tilt window. The code on the existing balance is 28E BSIAO. The balance shoe looks like a SWISCO 15-194. Do you carry a replacement balance? The hook goes into a round hole. I'll need two, if they can be made with the 15-194 shoe

Please see the attached photos of the balance that I need to replace. I only need two at this point. And my balance attaches with a hook instead of a screw. But the hole is round. Does that mean I can't use the screw plug?

These were broken from the balance. They appear to be 3/8 inches thick. I ordered some but they were 1/2 inches and did not clip into the balance.

I have another window that needs a new set of balances - image attached. It is the same type of window we used before - they are 32" long, with 32c stamped on them - so if I could get a quote for two of the same setup with the last 6 we worked with that would be great! I need several of these balances. The one on your website has a different type of connector at the top that attaches to the window jam. Don't know if this will work.
