I need a replacement 26" channel balance for a Pella Impervia fiberglass double hung window. The stamping is 26C BSI . The shoe is 1" wide and slightly under 5/8" thick. The mount is a hook. The internals is a combo spring/block/tackle Do you sell it? If so, how much and how long wait time? ... (cont.)

Looking for a replacement for a channel balance. It is 28" length, 9/16" width, and 1/2" depth. The hook is on the top. Stamped 28C. It needs to work with a 1" pivot lock shoe such as 15-194.

Need custom end attachment 15-198 S795-26 option: 26C.

Hi, I have a customer that has a broken rope on their window balance and they claim it is a Hurd Window but my guys could not find anything on the windows mentioning a brand name. Can you tell by these pictures if you would have a replacement balance for these? Thank you!

I have a few windows that have become a problem! Looks like the Channel Balances have shot up to the top of the window and no longer connect to the pivot shoe I removed both channel balances from the window frame and included those pictures, the imprint in the metal looks to be "30B BSI TG" Channel ... I have 3 tilt windows that won't stay up and the balances appear to be broken. They appear to be channel balances. The balances are 1 inch wide and 34 inches long. I've attached some pictures and would like to confirm the style that I need to purchase. Thank you, Eric

I believe the clip is 15-198. Is this correct? I am unsure of the shoe. Also, is it possible to use a new shoe on an old balance? Or is this purchased as a new assembly?

I am confident I have the S795-28: 28" Series 795 Channel Balance. They are stamped 28C. My question is mine have a hook at the top. Can you provide a recommendation to replace mine? I am also not sure if the included shoe from your 28C listing is the same as mine.

size is 34B. I'm assuming S795 channel balance is the correct one but not sure. If so, can I replace the top screw clip with a hook...as my windows have a top hole for use with a hook on the top.?

The balance shoe releases from the tilt balance and makes it almost impossible to open the window(very poor design). I have included pictures of the balance shoe and tilt balance. I have a number of windows with this issue. The pictures should show numbers, info, etc. I am hoping the replacement ... (cont.)

Hello, the 2 balances on one of my windows broke. They are the type that have a string with a metal hook that slides in at the top of the casing. I've taken a photo of one and it is stamped "26C". Can you help find a replacement?

Am confident these balances are the 795 series, but the ones I am looking for has a metal "hook" on the end instead of a metal tab with a hole in it. How do I make this work, or is there another option I'm missing?
