Need help identifying parts to replace several windows

Am confident these balances are the 795 series, but the ones I am looking for has a metal "hook" on the end instead of a metal tab with a hole in it. How do I make this work, or is there another option I'm missing?

Hello! We recently purchased 2 - 26" Series 795 Channel Balance but the one end does not fit our window condition. Order number 3112935. The attached images show the balance we need. What is the correct balance we need and can we exchange the ones we bought?

Metal channel width 9/16". Length 34 1/4". Identifying number on the part is 34B BSI. Balance shoe PAT# 4610108. Width 15/16" This is for a tilt window. Which is the bottom sash of the unit. I will need a total of 2 sets .. so 1 for each side of the window.

I have 4 springs I need to replace. They are 32" x 1/2 inch I already purchased the following Product Code: 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Closed Cam from Swisco but they do not fit in the slot at the bottom as they are too thick to fit under the metal bar.
