Hello! We recently purchased 2 - 26" Series 795 Channel Balance but the one end does not fit our window condition. Order number 3112935. The attached images show the balance we need. What is the correct balance we need and can we exchange the ones we bought?

Metal channel width 9/16". Length 34 1/4". Identifying number on the part is 34B BSI. Balance shoe PAT# 4610108. Width 15/16" This is for a tilt window. Which is the bottom sash of the unit. I will need a total of 2 sets .. so 1 for each side of the window.

I want to replace windows parts that my house built on 2009. The information I have is Milgard Windows double hung window. My question is,What series is this part? Can I get it? Can you shipping it to Japan?

I have 4 springs I need to replace. We replaced broken shoes with part 15-236 but the windows are still difficult to close and ended up snapping the shoes again. We would like to try replacing the entire balance and shoe.
