S385-20 20" Series 385 Channel Balance

Can you please help me ID this part? It's for a Phillips window. It looks like a side spring. Thanks - Josh

Channel Balance for Caldwell Window. 19 4 HK Caldwell is stamped on the side of the balance. Plastic clips are also missing. Window measure 45 inches wide and 22.5 tall. Do you have replacement balances and clips? Is a screen made for this size window available?

The metal channel is 1/2" wide, 1/2" deep and 20" long, (without fittings). this is for a non-tilt window. The back is marked 19 4 BO, (or B0), CALDWELL.

length over all 21", length of steel 20", only mark 19 2 DQ CALDWELL. This one broke. Do I nees to replace one or both?

1/2 inch channel width 20 inch length Not sure what the weight is but "19 3 DR Caldwell" is stamped on the side.

I ordered a couple balancers that I thought would be the right ones but they broke immediately. I am not sure what the windows weigh but here is a photo of the new broken balancers and the old broken balancer. I ordered S385-20 1930 thanks! Brian

I have a 11/8" Channel and the balance is 1/2" wide The overall length with plastic pieces is 31 1/8" Without is 30" The only Markings are 29-2 BA CMC 7

was going to order channel balance top 19-005 and bottom 15-004 20"..was given mandatory option numbers of 1910 through 1940 with no explanation..not sure which to choose..also old channel balance does not have a stamped number on it...only writing on old balance is 20 3 GW CMC 11..PLEASE ADVISE WHI ...
