S385-20 20" Series 385 Channel Balance

I?m pretty sure I need two 20? 385 balances but want to make sure that?s correct. Window weight is about 25 1/2 lbs. Balance pic is below with #?s. As soon as confirm, I?ll place an order. Thank you much, Randy

For some reason, these windows have no take out clips. Very difficult to put back. Any idea what model these are and how to solve installing them without take out clips. Or should I drill a couple of holes to install take out clips

Single hung non-tilt window wont close all the way-it just needs another 1/4 inch to be able to lock.I have taken the sash out and cleaned, and siliconed the balances and still nothing. If I leave the channel balances out it will close all the way and lock. The window is 2 hours away at my moth ... (cont.)

I have a broken window balancer with the number 2020 bsi stamped on it. the metal part is 23 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. I need 2 of them. Can you help me find them or a comparable replacement. Thanks, John

We have older vinyl windows and need to replace worn out balances, The balance channel is 20" "metal only" and the width is approx. 9/16". The only markings are-19-9-ct Caldwell. Any info would help us order correct balances. Thanks!

I believe the S385-20 is the replacement channel balance that I need, according to the photos & measurements. But I am confused by the stamped numbers on the item, as in the photo. Hi, my sash has a balance on each side and one of them broke. I believe it is the series 385 balance, and it's 20" long. My sash weighs 32.4 pounds, since it has a balance on each side, would each balance need to hold up half the weight or should each side be able to hold the full weight? should ... (cont.)

window balance, the metal part is 20inch without the shoes and 1/2 wide. Its a Milguard its marked with 19 3 BW CMC 2 thanks Eric
