S385-20 20" Series 385 Channel Balance

Please help identfy the correct part to replace this Balancer. Empire Pacific Industries windows installed in 1992. Metal portion is 20" Stamped info: 1990 S lrg print, small print looks like B5I but not sure on that. Pics show ends of Balancer.

the metal part is 20" long. " 19 3 EQ CALDWELL " is printed on it.

It's 1/2" thick the metal part is 20" Front to back is 5/8"

This has a 19" long channel. Text on the back says 19 4 EU CMC 2

Not sure which part is the correct replacement

Would you please specify the exact replacement part number for my existing window balance? The markings on the existing balance appear to be "19 4 BV CMC 7" if that helps. Thank you.

Metal frame is 20 inches and the base plastic is 1 inch wide.
