Hello, The current channel balances I have are 20" from end to end of the metal. It is a non-tilt window and the stamp reads 1920. Hello, I would like to purchase new channel balances for my windows. I attached some pictures to show the type that they are. They measure 1/2" wide, and are 18" long. I have BSI window balances. Through measureing the shoe with calipers, the delth ia 1 3/32" so I know the S385 series is what I need with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. The dilema is this; there are two sliding windows and for some reason, the installer mixed balance weight codes on each window. ... (cont.)

Hello. This balance is from an epi window, installed in about 2002. The metal channel is 20 inches long, 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep. The only stamp is included in the photos. I need 4. Thanks for your help
