Don't know weight of sash. Channel width is 1/2 and is 20 inches long. Window dimension is 22" x 43 1/2" 19 9 IV CMC 7

I need #385 with option 1990 for Insulate single-hung window but the option range is 1910 through 1960. Can you supply me at 1990, Q'ty: 2EA. Thanks.

This is from a non-tilt window. It's 1/2" X 20". Markings on it are 19 4 KP CALDWELL.

Hi, We have a window which slides up, I believe it?s a double pane vinyl window. The entire window opening is 34 1/4? (L) x 22 1/4? (W) The lower half of the window is 19 3/4? (L) x 16? (W) I was unable to find a window sticker or marking with the make or model#.

Hi the old invoice says HVCMC7 and the metal strip without the white clips measures 20?. And the inside of the strip with pulley and spring in it looks like 1/2? Please tell me the replacement part number and cost per balance. Regards, Rob

Hello ... i'm sure you can help. one of the photo's shows the only marking, 1940F I also have one set of bigger windows that appears to be marked 27D. I would also need the window sash cams but I ran out of photo room. I have 6 windows which are 42" high. The metal length on those balances is 20 ... (cont.)

Channel balance keeps coming loose. Inspection showed chipped pullies. Phillip's brand. Living pane measures 39" wide and 23" high. Metal portion of original balance measures at 20" long and 1/2" wide. Other dimensions are in pictures. Looking to replace L an R balances. Thank you ... (cont.)

I have 2 different kinds of windows in my house with broken sash balances. they are stamped BSI 20 3 and BSI 26 4 Attached are pics - i have more but it seems like the plastic end pieces are the same for each window - only the size is different.

This came from a late model vinyl window. The nylon cord broke. Its 20in long. The window is a non tilt window. Size is 47.5 x 29.5. The stamp says 19 - 4 caldwell , hopefully you can see it in the pic.
