Hello looking for several of these for a Milgard window set Thank you

LOOKING FOR A WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCE FOR MY MOTHERS WINDOW. sTAMP 20 5 FP CALDWELL. WHAT IVE SEEN ON LINE ARE SIMILAR BUT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PLASTIC ENDS. ANY ADVICE, THANKS DAVE

The parts needed are to replace the original balancers on my Milgard bathroom window. The balancer is 1/2" wide and 21" long (metal portion only -- does not include plastic pieces on the top and bottom). String broke... need replacement balancer for Milguard non-tilt 1/2" wide channel balance. - only identifying mark reads: 20 4 EW CMC 4 - metal channel w/o nylon end-pieces is 21" long and 1/2" wide

I have a Milgard double hung window that does not tilt out. The balance stamp says: 20 4 EW CMC 11. The balance is 21" long. There are a couple of shoes that look similar but since they are attached I can't get great measurements. I think it's a 21" 380 Channel or possibly the 385. Can you help me ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm confused whether I need to buy Series 380 or 385 Channel Balances. Top looks quite obvious, but not sure about shoes (should I include the wing to the length?) FYI, It was 0.5 inch wide and 21 inch long. Also I can see "20 4 KP CALDWELL" Thanks, Junho
