S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

Need to know what item to buy to replace these. The ones I bout do not match

I can' hardly read the inscription the side. Says something about 20. I need 21 inch. Is the left identical to the right?

We have 22 WindowMaster windows that we need to replace balancers in them. We bought this house a few years ago and many of the windows cannot even open anymore.Pictures above are what the top and bottom pieces look like.CAN YOU HELP us identify which parts to order? I think I need part number Series 385. 21 inch metal channel. Top #19-005. Bottom #15-004. Based on the pictures, is this correct? Thanks

Our current balance measures 21" long Has marking "2030" on side Inside of foot seems to measure 1 3/32 inches (as best we could measure!)

trying to purchase two sets of replacement channels Numbers printer are 20 4 and 20 3 I am replacing

The string broke inside the balance :( 21 metal length, winged front and back, 1/2 wide metal, not sure if its a 380 or 385 and I think it's a 2030 option maybe? stamped (20 3 DN Caldwell) this is an original windows from my 1994 house.

This is printed on the balance. 20 2 EW CMC 10. I also am missing the metal clips that go inside the window frame trough

Can I get the part number for both left and right Markings 20-4 FA5 CMC 9 Possibly a S380?

Width is 1/2 inch length is 21 inches without top and shoe. Stamped with 20 4 AD caldwell.

The balance hook is not staying hooked inside the hole.
