I need to order a new channel for my window not sure whate kind and what option I need.

Where can I purchase this 20-4 IX CMC 7 ? I require about 2 of these. Thank you

I need to replace two of these window balances on a non-tilting window. Channel length is 21". Window is Milgard, installed in 1998. Please help in identifying this part.Thank you,Margaret

Hi, I'm looking to see if S385-21 is the right part. I have attached a picture of the part with a ruler. There is 20-4 printed on the part. The top guide measures to be a 60208 from other site numbers. It is a winged version. The bottom guide I couldn't find a match for on your website. Other pl ... (cont.)

I can' hardly read the inscription the side. Says something about 20. I need 21 inch. Is the left identical to the right?

Our current balance measures 21" long Has marking "2030" on side Inside of foot seems to measure 1 3/32 inches (as best we could measure!)

The string broke inside the balance :( 21 metal length, winged front and back, 1/2 wide metal, not sure if its a 380 or 385 and I think it's a 2030 option maybe? stamped (20 3 DN Caldwell) this is an original windows from my 1994 house.

This is printed on the balance. 20 2 EW CMC 10. I also am missing the metal clips that go inside the window frame trough

Can I get the part number for both left and right Markings 20-4 FA5 CMC 9 Possibly a S380?

Width is 1/2 inch length is 21 inches without top and shoe. Stamped with 20 4 AD caldwell.
