S385-23 23" Series 385 Channel Balance

The internal cord broke on the original part. The part has a stamp that reads '2290 BS VC 28.' What model should I order for a replacement part?

its 1/2 wide and 23" long, just the metal, not including the end fittings. it has a marking on it that reads 22 4 MSI. thanks for the help. Greg

Found the # 2220 B.S.I. Measures 23" long The plastic thing on the end looks different then the other. Not sure if end may have gotten broke.

Just looking to identify the correct balancer for this window.

The channel spring sash balancer is from a Milgard window. The markings on the balancer is "22 3 ET CMC 4". The metal part of the balancer is 23 inches long.

Metal channel is 23" long. No visible markings. The window is a basic bedroom window 24x28"

Hi, I can't figure out which system is needed. No markings on the window itself. The springs are stamped with 22 4 LJ Caldwell. Each end has wings. I needed a total of 10 ea but am afraid if I order they won't fit. If you can please help me. Thank you. Josephine

The channel balances fell out of the window (non-tilt). They're about 17 years old and it appears some plastic parts are broken. The metal channel length is 23 inches; width 1/2 inch.
