I had one of my channel blocks' line break and need to replace. Are these available through Swisco, or is there another provider of them? Also, should I replace the other channel block as well so both are the same? Thanks!

Hi, we bought this house and found a window with no balances. I'm hoping you folks can help me figure out what we need and then fix us up w parts. UNIQUE 25-D-40 is wrritten on the channel. The channel itself is 26" long, NOT in cluding the plastic ends.
