Can you please give me a model number for this piece

need to replace balance in non tilt window, tried going through different company but found balances the had were not correct, were tied to retaining hook instead of crimped, causing retaining hook to catch and then snappedwidest part of channel is 5/8 inmetal length is 27 in marking on metal is 26 ... I believe it comes from a Milgard non-tilting double-pane window.The stamp on the balance says "26 4 HV CMC 7".The length of the metal balance body excluding the plastic fittings is 27 inches.Regards,--Ivan

Measures 1/2 x 27" 26 4 BL Caldwell Single hung, no tilt. Only need 1 but will purchase 4. :)
