Hello My balancer spring on my Milgard window broke. I have attached pictures. It also broke the attachment on the window that presses against the spring. I don't know what that is called but I need a new one. I would like to replace both balancers on the windows while I am replacing one. I measur ... (cont.)

I have two different size windows where the balances need to be replaced. One balance is stamped 32 4 AQ Caldwell. The other is stamped 26 5 LP Caldwell.
