S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

26 5 AP CALDWELL Printed on the face. Channel is 26" long by 1/2" Lower end measues 1 1/16". Part in window measures 1 7/16" by 5/8" by 21/32". Window weight is 24 pounds.I need 2 balances and, probably should replace the window guide piece.Thanks. Richard

Hello, I need help ordering the correct parts for a channel balance 27 inches long with a stamp of 2640. The string that was inside was all tangled up in the wheels and it came unattached. I think I may also be missing a hook after watching one of your videos.

I want to make sure I get the right weight. Not sure which one to pick. This is the only stamp I can locate on the balancer I'm trying to replace. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello My balancer spring on my Milgard window broke. I have attached pictures. It also broke the attachment on the window that presses against the spring. I have two different size windows where the balances need to be replaced. One balance is stamped 32 4 AQ Caldwell. The other is stamped 26 5 LP Caldwell.
