S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

I accidentally broke this window...and i need to replace one of these rollers yet I can't seem to find it anywhere. Could you tell me where I can get this one?

I'm looking to get the S385-27 balance but not sure which stamp option to choose. I'm guessing 2630 or 2640 but not sure.

I watched your video...very helpful. I think I can fix my Kinro window but need parts. My Channel Balance has a marking on it 26 3 I am also missing take-out clips.Please advise what part# I need to order. Thank you!Paula

The stamp is 96 26-4 JA5 CMC 2 I need to replace both balances

I want to order the 27in 385 channel balance but the stamp markings are not the same as the ones you have listed. My says 26 4 BSI Which stamp option do I use?

I need balance rods for milgard windows which I have put heavy units in the vents. 4 @ 27" where the vent weight is 56 lbs. 4 @ 21" where the vent weight is 33 lbs

have some Kinro windows bad balancers.........pictures attached....is 27 inches long and 1/2 inch wide........appears to match your 385/27 with standard ends for that. No numbers anywhere on the balancer. Sash feels between 20-30lbs...can you identify from attached pictures and information. ... (cont.)

Looking to replace 2 balances marked with 26 4 Jr Caldwell that measure 27 inches.

I think the metal part and two end plastic plugs are in fine condition but the spring and string inside got cut off. What should I buy? Do you guys sell complete assembly for this? Thank you.

Replacing balances for 6 windows that weight approx. 23 lbs. Current balance ID stamped" 26 5 HS Cauldwell". The balance is 27" long by 1/2" wide. I'm leaning toward the Series 385. Hi, I need to replace 2 channel balances for a single hung non-tilting vinyl window. The marking on the current balance is "26 4 LS CALDWELL" the window sash weighs 15.2 lbs. The width is 9/16 or 1/2 inch. Each end piece has 2 tabs, one on each side of the plastic tab. The length is 27 inches. ... (cont.)

I have narrowed down the balance to the S385 27 inches model. However, the option goes as far 2670 whereas on my old balance the printed index says 2690 29. Can you please help identify the right model from your selections? Thank you.
