S385-27 27" Series 385 Channel Balance

I believe your S385-27 device will replace my broken balancer. However as you can see from the attached photos my shoe is 1-1/16" in height while the 15-004 is 1-3/32" or the 15-005 is 1" in height. If the smaller shoes is best then I need the Series 380. Would you have any comments on the best p ... (cont.)

Hi, I need some help identifying the channel balance model I need. I can't tell the diff between the S380 and S385 models; in particular the 15-005 and -004 shoe. The metal frame is stamped with "26 5 GW CMC 7". Can you help? Thanks, Jim

Based on the excellent information from your website, I believe I need to order the S385 channel balance. My only problem is that the length of the metal channel that I'm replacing is 27 1/2".
