top sash channel balance
it is 5/8" wide by 1 1/2" long by 3/8" tall. As you can see from the picture that the to stop is broke. I looked through your parts and didn't see a match. This is off a milgard vinyl window. I'm going to order the S385-27 balance if this helps. Thanks Keith

How critical are the weight options?
Hi, I have identified my balance - 27" Series 385 Channel Balance Product Code: S385-27, but I am not able to weigh the window. Stamped on the old unit is- "26 5 EW CMC 11" Is it critical to know the exact weight? I am guessing around 20 lbs. Thanks,Larry
