My channel balance is marked 32 4 av cdc 1 : what do I need to order part number and what window top and bottom sash hardware do I need. The channel balance is 33in

One is a sash balance; the metal part is 33" The other is a connection between two shelves (just trying my luck if you have it)

If my window weights 30 lbs, do I need two balancers that lift 15 lbs each or two rated for 30 lbs

I don't have a picture of my top sash nor am I able to measure the width since it is so hard to put back the windows but my windows use SWISCO X385 - 33" series for its channel balances. Based on that, can I find out what size top sash I need to purchase as replacements?

I currently have a busted Channel Balance I do not know the weight Rating for the current balance and there are no stamps on the Balance. I have Milgard single hung windows. The balance is 33 inches long and has code 32 5 FX CMC 2 stamped on it. I think the correct part is 33 inch Series 385 Option 3250. Does this seem correct to you? Milgard metal Windows from 2002. Do you need the weight? The bottom shoe from 'fang tips' to peak of bump is about an inch. Is this the right way to measure what is described as 'deep' on the product pages? Thanks for the help.
