Hi Swisco,I followed the steps on your video and took the photos you recommended. They are attached. Photo 7944 also shows the markings which read "3430" with a "c" also visible but separate. Please advise which channel balance would be appropriate as a replacement for one that measures 34.5" for a window sash that weighs 41 lbs. The stamp reads 34DS5 39.

The only markings are 34 2 FW CMC 4.

I need four of the channel balances mark 29-6 and I need eight of the channel balances marked 34-9. I also need eight of the small plastic pieces of the last picture enclosed

Balance is stamped "3440". The metal part is 35" long, it is 5/8" deep, and 9/16" wide.
