I need to replace my window balance. Length of metal channel- 35inches Width - 9/16 Weight of sash -28lbs I've included photos of the balance below.

Metal is 35"Sash Weight is 34.5 lbsJay

Attached are pictures of the broken channel balance on my Nuair window. The balance is 35 inches long without the nylon attachments and has no marking on it. The Channel Balance is stuck in the up position. Nuair window, installed 2007 The window dimensions are top to bottom 70inches from side to side 35inches. Channel length (steel only) = 35". Printed on channel: 34 4 HX CMC 7. Note: Your pictures for the Series 385 w/ 1-3/32" shoe width appears to match mine. What series channel is the proper replacement?

Hello,I have 14 year old windows made by Kinco. Single-hung, non-tilt, 1/2 inch channel width. I took out the window, and it weighs 28 pounds. I Have in my cart S380-30 and S380-35 but my plastic piece at bottom of the balance measures 7/8 not one inch and I read some comments that I may need 029 (from Memory) on bottom and you have to make up. Please let me know about this. Also the bottom `Bubble Seal", please see photo, is not exactly l ... (cont.)
