This is a small bathroom metal window. Both shoes need to be replaced. The bar that fits into the shoe doesn?t have a screw attaching it to the bottom window. so I need the screw. Hello- I am needing to fix a spiral window balance on older double hung tilt windows on a condo I have purchased. The condo was built around 1979, and association has no clue of window manufacturer! 4" Long bar with 5/16" width curved at 2-4/16, 1-3/16, 8/16 inches. The screw hole is 1" from outer edge. This bar that engages with pivot shoe is bolted at the bottom of window.

This part is 1/4" thick/wide This parts longest leg is 2-3/8" Shortest leg is 5/8" The middle leg where it's bent is 1-1/8" The screw hole is 1" from the end Please advise if you have anything you think may work, or know where to find one. Thank you, Mandy

This piece broke on the other side of this window.

This whole system is rusted and missing in our bathroom window. I am looking to replace it. Here is a similar window with a working window balance. There is one picture from the bottom that shoes the blue piece that holds the pivot bar and one picture from the top. The markings I found say PAT 35354 ... (cont.)

Similar to your 26-129 but not quite the same. Overall length: 3 3/4 inch. Main body: 11/16 x 1 19/32 . Nose: 1/4 x 3/8. Tail: 1/4 x 1 25/32. Thickness: 7/32. No brand or number on pivot bar. I need the attached parts. The shoe is attached to a spring which is covered. I don?t see a space to remove or insert new shoe so I will need a spreader also. Thank you Dan

THIS IS A 3 INCH PIECE THAT FITS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW AND INTO THE MIDDLE PICTURE PIECE. THIS BREAKS MORE OFTEN THAN ICARE TO SAY AND CURRENTLY HAVE THREE WINDOWS THAT NEED THIS.

Good day. Your website is excellent. However, I'm not sure what size pivot bar to order. One of them is rusted out. Also I measured the width of the silver tube that holds the spiral balance and it appeared to be 5/8 wide. As you can see in the photo, the overall length of the balance is just over 2 ... (cont.)

When the house was built in 2006 these windows were new. I expect they are basic contractor grade windows. Looking to repair the mechanism that lifts and guides the window.

I believe the windows I have have are American craftsman 8500 series hope pic helps. Thanks in advance
