Hello I could use some help with these parts. I could no longer see any identifying #'s on these windows. My apologies for the photos. These are the windows in a house I have overseas. Good day. Your website is excellent. However, I'm not sure what size pivot bar to order. One of them is rusted out. Also I measured the width of the silver tube that holds the spiral balance and it appeared to be 5/8 wide. As you can see in the photo, the overall length of the balance is just over 2 ... (cont.)

When the house was built in 2006 these windows were new. I expect they are basic contractor grade windows. Looking to repair the mechanism that lifts and guides the window.

I believe the windows I have have are American craftsman 8500 series hope pic helps. Thanks in advance

What pivot bar and shoe do you recommend to use with your series 600 balance that matches my hardware?

We are looking for a replacement pivot bar for our vinyl double pane windows that tilt. We cant seem to fine these anywhere.

I have several silverline windows (circa 2005) pivots, tilt locks, pivot bars and channel balances need replacement.

The windows are Wenco Polyvinyl double hung windows, tilt sash. We have 90 of them total. We need the bottom tilt pins, the sash latch on the side of the frame, center window lock and the balancers. We are looking at repairing 25 of the 90 windows this year. Do you have the parts to fit these window ... (cont.)

Looking for a tilt window sash pivot bar...It says Stanley on the lock.

As you can see, this piece looks like a small U-channel that inserts into the bottom piece of the balance and is held by a set screw. I think it might be a "spiral balance pivot bar"?? I'm wondering if your part # 26-040 is what I need. If so, do you also sell the set screw? If I can find a rep ... (cont.)

This window has a brass strut at the base of the window that locks into the lift rotator. It is three inches long , mounted by two screws into the base of the vinyl window. I need one of these, but will buy a pair if necessary.

Hi, I am replacing some windows for me and replacing other in the condo complex. One of my windows has a rusted out pivot bar. I pulled the rusted part out of the pivot shoe.so the pivot shoe is fine. Unfortunately I flipped the window to put out the good one and took out the screw. The good pivo ... (cont.)

The only part number I can find is on the coil #540. The window weighs 19 lbs. Instead of buying 4 #540 coils for ea. window would 2 S140-19 work for ea. window and 2 pivot bars?

The photos do not indicate the overall dimensions very well. As best I can tell the shoes are 2 inches high by 3/8 inch thick by 1 inch wide. It was hard to really accurately measure the width.
