I have a 1996 Dutch manufactured home with Carefree windows. Single hung with the lower tilt in sash. The right side metal "tab" is broken so the sash can not engage in the balancer shoe. I need help with ID on a part. I have double hung windows with a spiral balance and a 17/32 tilt shoe. I can not for the life of me think of the name for the metal bar on the bottom of the window frame that sits the window into the shoe.

Seems this badly mangled shoe is only 1 inch wide. Measures 0.540 depth with dial caliper I've ordered a couple that might work, but still would like your input

We had the glass replaced and this part got lost. It is what keeps the window on track when opening and closing.

Hi, I have a window that won't stay open. I took a look and saw that the coils are broken. The shoe looks like to be 15-180 but there is no marking on the coil. These are somewhat standard 5/16 X 3/16 X 3 pivot bar with screw 2" in. However they have small 1/16 diameter roll pin in end. I couldn't find in your catalog. Can you make? If so what is minimum quantity? Thank you.

need replacement parts both balance springs busted. Shoe is 1 1[4 wide and 1/2 deep and 1 3/8 high. Spring is 1/2 wide. pivot pih is 3" long with holes 1" and 1 7/8 inch from end. only one screw used. sash is 13# and is 32 3/4 by 21 3/4 inches. What assembly do you recommend?

My windows are single hung . Pivot bar is broken, Dont know the make of the window. Have to select the proper part. I have attached the diagrams with exact sizes and pictures of bar & shoe. Please help to select the proper part.

I am looking for replacement Tube Balances for my white vinyl clad double hug tilt windows. The tube balances in my window are 26 inches long, they just over a half inch 1/2 in diameter and narrower than five eights 5/8.
