Hi, Im pretty sure my shoe is a "Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe 15-268" , could you please confirm ? My pivot bar is flared and very simular to your Flared Slotted Pivot Bar 26-368. Will the 15-268 match with a flared pivot bar ?

Both window balances are missing, so I do not have a picture of what I need.

I have a damaged sash spring apparatus that no longer will grab the pivot bar of the window. Im looking to replace it. I dont have the brand name of the window, but did have the majority of a sticker on one window still attached/legible that has the manufactirer code and presumably a window model. ... (cont.)

Customer's window. Didn't measure dimensions when there. Can go back to measure if unable to identify. Building is approximately 10-15 years old.

I am needing to repair a bunch of windows that do not stay up. This is the part that slides into the side of the window frame. There is one on each side. The pin piece is Alison broken.

My pivot bar has 2 hold down screws I ordered 2 time thinking you shipped the pivot bar with 1 hold down screw in error, your parts list shows you have the pivot bar with 2 hold down screws

lient has two windows, same dimensions. The Spiral Balance Springs are S600 (4 at 16 inch, 4 at 22 inch) red tip, 9/16. As per pictures need your recommended pivot shoe and pivot rod. I belice that the shoe is the 15-046 and the rod might be 26-040. For shoe my measure indicates 9/16, i have doubt ... (cont.)

This is a part that holds the lower window to a corkscrew sliding thing inside a tube on either side of the window. It's 3" long, u-shaped with a small set screw to hold it in place about 1" in.

This picture shows the pivot pin from the lower sash and it looks to be stamped out to me. I measure it at 2 ½ inches in length, with a screw hole at 1 1/8 or 1 1/16 from the working end that inserts into the pivot shoe. The pin is 5/16 in width and 3/16 in height.
