I have Double Hung windows that are from the year 2000 They were manufactured by Corning. Need Balances, Pivot Lock Shoes and T slot offset hollow seals. I have both Single & Double Spring Balances but I have no Weight Identification.

I have been told by a window company that my windows are manufactured by Heartland but the only words on them are Alliance. I have this vinyl window and the bottom sash will not stay up. It looks like both coil springs are broken. This sticker is on the edge of the sash. Any idea what size or type of parts I will need?

My balance system broke on both sides of the window. I need to replace both Left and Right but do not know what to order.I also need the metal piece that connects the window to the balance.

The windows were manufactured by Greaf. Not quite sure how to get the coils out, do I have put a cut in the back side of the track?
