We need to replace hinges on some doors at the company. Doors are very old we are guessing 20 plus years /Company doors not wont to replace doors only fix broken parts. Hinges are bad some just broken others stripped out. I cannot seem to fine this type or what they are . Lots of corrosion on them. ... (cont.)

I don't know the pivot maker or part number of commercial door pivot. I want to identity the part and make an order.

Couldn't find a whole bearing but what is left looks like a washer. I suppose that the bottom floor piece used to have a bearing on an adjustable spindle/ The top is a spring loaded pin still in good shape. More pics of top if needed.

Architectural Metals is the only sticker I see on the door. I don't see any stamps or markings. Please help. I need to fix this door before it falls off and hurts someone. Thanks for your assistance

My commercial door hinge pivot broke. When I look at your website, the original from my door looks a lot like your 79-126. Your description says Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set. What does "recessed" mean?

I need to order a pivit hinge and locking mechanism for an aluminum Amarlite door. I have attached a few pictures to illustrate the look of the doors.

I have a door the is broken at the base of the pivot, the metal part that is anchored to the cement. Do I need the whole set to repair the door so that it can open?
