18-009 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide. I did purchase these 2 but they are way smaller than the ones I needI don't want refund. I just want the one that will work so please help me get the right item please.It's 1 inch by 1 inch and 1 1/2 long in length

Looking for these plastic corner pieces that the channel balance catches on. Not sure what they are called, the manufacturer is Atrium. Thank you Matt

I am missing the plastic piece that screws onto the top of the operable panel. This is a atrium single hung.

1)This window part is located at the top of the lower window. I'm not sure but I think it holds the channel balance down. Can you help with a replacement part.

Based on the dimensions shown, I believe that I am looking for the 5/8" top sash guide (18-009). My part has only one screw hole (the 3/16") and has a part number H-719. Can you confirm that I have the right Top Sash Guide?

This piece is screwed into the window frame and holds in place the tension rod. The part has a H-719 injection molded into it.

You can see the black part is broken, it holds the top of the slide secure when raising/lowering the window. Not sure your part number. Have several windows so should buy several of these. Thanks.

The piece I need to replace screws to the window and holds the pulley from sliding past the window. The part says H-719 and is 1 and 1/8 inches on top and has a 3/4" gap in the middle. H-719 is stamped in the black channel guide. I found it under product code # 18-177 Channel balance guide or window sash carrier it is called. do you have the rolls of mohair that are "slid in" the sides of the window frame to move up and down easier? dave
