S745-32 32-1/4" Peachtree Balance

I need to replace window balances on a (approx) 35 year old peachtree window. The dimensions of the old balance are 32.25" long and 5/8" wide. The window sash weighs 24.6 pounds. Unable to find anything online with these exact measurements.

I'm looking to replace the balance in my windows and I do not see my item listed. the unit weighs aprox 17 lbs so would item # 31253 be correct

I have 6 double hung Peachtree windows with lower sash G1790 and upper sash G1590, both Type AE. These units were bought in 1990. The Balance assemblies for both top and bottom are 32 3/16" long. This is a 30-year-old Peachtree window. Stamped with 3672 FJ. The strings broke/rotted on the bottom window and need to be replaced on both sides. The top window strings are intact, but the plastic pieces on the ends are broken.
