26-390 Slim Top Tilt Latch, LH

Hi, We just bought a house and the replacement windows need some love with replacement parts. We can't make out the make/model of the windows, but attached is the sticker we found, and photos of the tilt latch and pivot shoe.

The tabs on the left and right latches have broken off. I think your part number is 26-243 for the left and 26-244 are the correct replacement parts. Also, would the replacement part number 26-471 for a pair of latches be correct?

I need 10 tilt window latches for Sun double pane tilt windows that were installed in my home in 1997.

The latch broken lever is shown. The other picture is of a good one from another window. Which part(s) will I need to order? Do you have a video of the procedure?

Dear Swissco customer service I ordered a set of: Slim top tilt latch from you. This is the exact size I need but it doesn't have the holes for the screws. I purchased 26-390 and 391. It fits well in the slot. However, it's about 1/4 inch too long. Is there another model that would work?

Tilt latches broke. ordered 243/ 244 sets from you but didn't fit. Your units too fat ... 3/8". My broken piece is 1/4". Believe window is American Craftsman 120998-32A.

I am trying to order replacement tilt latches for Monitor series 2500 that were manufactured by Survivor Technologies. They were here when I moved in but I have the paper work from the install. Need to replace several of these window latches

This latch broke and I need a new one. It came off a PlyGem window from a ten year old house. There was only one sticker I could find in the window frame, which where I could make out the name PlyGem. Not sure if that helps at all. Thank you for your assistance. It is 3/8 thick and needs to be 2 3/4 long to fit. Do you have this part?
