Hello, I have one broken window handle that snapped off and another window handle that was missing in the home we moved into. They both appear to be different. Could you please let me know which operator I can use to replace my existing one? Will I be able to reuse my existing cover and handle?

The part has a number 45352 on the bottom of the casting. The body is white and I believe it's a right hand xrank

Hello, so obviously the picture on the right is the crank the strip of metal on the left is the piece attached to the bottom of the window sash that the guides on the end of the arms to open and close the window

STERGIS VINYL CASEMENT

On a different window the piece of metal (small rod) that holds the handle to the cranking mechanism has dislodged and was lost. Is it possible to just replace the handle or the part that attaches it to the crank or does the entire mechanism need to be replaced?

I think this is a left-handed Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator (Product Code: 39-220B) but I'm not sure. What else might it be and what's the best way to pin it down?

Truth casement crank handle

Hello, the wheel/roller on the end of the arm is broken. Don't know if you can just get the wheel or if you have to purchase a whole new unit. The arm is about 9" in length and the channel on the window is about 14.5". Can you make a recommendation?

Hi Swisco - attached photos show our bathroom casement window, with crank opener mechanism. Window was installed in 2001. I am not sure what brand was used by the contractor - maybe the label helps? I removed some corrosion a few years ago and spray-painted the mechanism (beige), but it looks like ... (cont.)
