My crestline lick broke. I believe the part is 38-144. The white thing inside broke. I?ve enclosed photos to verify. Please advise and I will order at your suggestion. Thanks

I'm looking to get 6 r/h and 6 l/h of the sash locks shown in the photo. The only markings on the lock removed from the window are TRUTH and Made in U.S.A. There is also a number 8 but that may be a mold cavity number. One of the pictures is of a label I found on a window. The window label indicates ... (cont.)

I have received my order of 38-144, however the new casement lock's plastic tab seems to be much larger than the original one and I can't bring the lock mechanism down all the way because I'm afraid it will break. The inside plastic piece broke. The window lock itself is fine. Can I just replace plastic!

I am a Handy Man working on a customers windows, & ordered some of these: (8) 38-075 : "Truth Hardware Low Profile Sash Lock" latches but they were slightly different. Crank is stripped out ...it has a number 31997 and printed Delmar Toronto Truth I need one of those and 2 latches
