I am looking for a part that fits on the top of a Weather Shield double/French casement window to secure the window closed. The windows were purchased in 2007. Do you sell a replacement for this part/

I have received my order of 38-144, however the new casement lock's plastic tab seems to be much larger than the original one and I can't bring the lock mechanism down all the way because I'm afraid it will break. I live in Canada. Can't seem to find a Canadian dealer with this part. My crank works fine, but the lock "snapped" when I latched it THe following numbers apply: CCMC 9184 &11404 Brevet Can 1,160,, 103 Brevet USA #4,440 M90 A3,B3 C3, F2

The inside plastic piece broke. The window lock itself is fine. Can I just replace plastic!

I am a Handy Man working on a customers windows, & ordered some of these: (8) 38-075 : "Truth Hardware Low Profile Sash Lock" latches but they were slightly different. one of my right-hand casement window locks, the white plastic part on the inside has broken. Can the plastic part be replaced or can I buy a whole new assembly for the window? This window was bought new in 2000 it is a casement with a lock at the top and bottom right side. James

The plastic cam breaks in the Semco Casement Windows installed in 1999. Need to replace sash lock or Plastic cam if available.

I need hinges and locks for 6 awning windows. The part that attaches to the frame is 12" and the part that attaches to the window is about 24". These windows are 40" x 60" wood aluminum clad.
